Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 14:00 (2:00 PM)

• Check-out: 11:00 (11:00 AM)

Minimum Age

• Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation.

Payment & Identification

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit/debit cards. Cash is not accepted.

• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation at check-in.

• The name on the ID and the credit card must match.

Pets

• One pet is allowed per stay with a $150 fee per stay.

• Service animals are accepted with valid documentation and are not subject to the pet fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation terms depend on the rate selected at booking. Flexible rates allow cancellation within the stated window. Best Rate (Non‑Refundable) bookings can’t be changed or cancelled.

Occupancy & Additional Guests

• Nightly rates include up to 2 adults.

• Additional guests above 2 adults are $100 per guest, per night.

• Occupancy limits vary by room type.
